Gaining Through Subtraction

Often, when listening to someone talk about the 3 Principles, you might hear, "The 3 Principles are not a technique" or "There is nothing to do". These statements can be easily misunderstood.

There exists a widely held misconception regarding what drives our behavior and what generates our internal emotional state. Logically speaking, if my understanding regarding how I operate as a living and experiencing human being is incomplete or completely wrong, it would easily lead to numerous problems and unnecessary confusion.

The 3 Principles, when insight-fully realized, offer a true or accurate understanding regarding each and every moment of life. They are not a technique with regards to creating better feelings or controlling emotions, but instead offer a single, simple direction which naturally eliminates all other false possibilities.

These 3 Principles are the basic building blocks or elements through which all of our experiences, the good and the bad, are made possible. "There is nothing to do" with regards to making the Principles work better or faster - for they are already operating for all us perfectly, and they always have been.

Through new knowledge, comes the power of effortlessly dropping old philosophies or ways of thinking that are rendered obsolete or exposed as untrue. This is the hallmark of insight and inner development.

This journey, of developing through insight, is one that we are all party to, for all of our days.

I'm happy to be here along with you.
