Relief out of Insightful Logic

7/21/2017

At times, we are blessed with an experience of understanding. Other times we are blessed with the experience of misunderstanding. Both experiences derive and come alive from the same unifying source - from G-d, via Thought.

Sometimes we have clarity. Sometimes not. Sometimes we feel safe. Sometimes not. Sometimes we know what to do in life. Sometimes not. Sometimes we can find our checkbook, sometimes not.

The doorway to a life of freedom, is realizing, that all experience is brought to you by G-d through Thought. All knowledge is brought to you by G-d through Thought. Realizing this is experiencing the freedom from the false belief that this feeling cannot change until the past changes or circumstances change.

Even an understanding of this never-ending truth is brought to you by G-d through Thought. Understanding that the surroundings, circumstances or the body have no power to create experience is a gift. An awakening to the fact of Thought, is bestowed by G-d. Often, for reasons only fully known to Him, an awareness of this Truth is not available to us. We go blind to the fact of the inseparable Thought-Feeling connection.

So here we are, seeing the logic and Truth of the singular power of G-d to create our stage of life, including our reality, knowledge and emotion - simultaneously realizing and seeing the Truth, that this recognition came from G-d and can be taken by G-d.

As Keith Blevens and Valda Monroe put it:

In the moments that we are gifted with an understanding of how our reality is created:

"We begin to catch sight of how deceptive the ‘Outside-In’ illusion really is. We see that we are sometimes fooled by it and sometimes not. Everyone gets fooled by this deception. In this way, we are all in the same boat. It is illogical to judge and criticize others because they lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out,’ just like we do. In light of this understanding, compassion and humility emerge naturally without effort. We are capable of being honest about ourselves. We stop judging and we start listening and communicating."

In the moments we fall into misunderstanding:

"We are fooled by the deception of the ‘Outside- In’ and innocently forget to factor in ‘Thought in the moment’ as the source of feeling. It honestly seems as if what we are thinking about has the power to dictate how we are feeling. It does not. We do not purposefully lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out Paradigm’. This has been the greatest deception since the beginning of time. The moment we lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out’ we lose the chance to be honest with ourselves."

So, welcome aboard. How Refreshing! Sometimes we see it, sometimes we don't - and there's no shame in that.

The Reality About Reality

As the Truth surrounding the human experience becomes clearer and clearer to me, I find that these blog messages are becoming more and more difficult to write within the rules I created at the outset.

I wanted to write a message that was, first and foremost, true. I wanted the message to be relevant and connect with you on a simple, practical level.
Picture
I wanted the message to be short, sweet and comprehensible. Somewhere down the list was the need for correct spelling and proper punctuation. Most of all, I want you to have insight!

The nature of the Principles is that they are always true. It's predictable! All of us will be experiencing our personal reality, at any given moment through a G-d energy, shaped via the Power of Thought into the form we now see and feel. Simultaneously, across this great planet, this beautiful system is creating 7.3 billion separate realities. Each reality comes into being for each individual, via this one, universal system - G-d energy, shaped via the Power of Thought into the separate Conscious reality we each now experience. There exists no other factors or inputs from anywhere else. Neither war nor famine, peace or prosperity can affect or shape our realities for these specifics are all post-Thought - already in the world of form. Reality does not have the power to create another reality.

"There's nothing outside that can help you, there's nothing outside that can hurt you, because there is no outside." - Syd Banks

Of course there is a real world with real consequences, but there is nothing outside of Mind, Consciousness and Thought which can effect your current Conscious reality.

So here I am, violating the rule of keeping things simple. But ultimately, my words, my articulation, although appropriate, do not have the power. It does not have the power to shift your reality and cause you to realize, learn and evolve.

The principles have already revealed that you or me or anyone can only have a new reality, a reality which includes the realization of this singular system, via Thought, via insight, via the touch of G-d.

Insight IS Change

Imagine, you are a ship captain in the mid 15th century. Imagine you are just like the thousands of other captains, sailors and the general public who truly believe the world is flat. This is your reality. Sailing off the edge of the earth is a real concern to you, not just a silly myth. Enter into the mind of this captain as if you were him.
Picture
Imagine what it would feel like, to have dawn on you the realization that the world is round. Notice in that moment of realization, how the concern of sailing off the edge simply melts away and is suddenly exposed for the ridiculous notion it really is. What a fantastic experience of insight! The world was always round, but a single moment of waking up to the truth of it spherical nature had immediate impact - not via effort, but due to the implication of moving from knowing the world is flat to suddenly knowing it is round.

This is the gift of insight. When insight arrives - or in other words, when our reality changes, built into it's very nature is immediate and effortless impact.

What a fantastic moment it is to realize and wake up to the inseparable nature of Feeling and Thought. Each time we are gifted with a reawakening to this simple and profound truth - built into it, is deep and immediate impact. It is accompanied by a beautiful feeling of effortless relief and humility. Effortless relief from the idea that our personal evolution is beholden to the circumstances of our life and humility to know that unlike the roundness of the earth, I, just like everyone else, continue to be forget the simple truth of the Thought-Feeling connection.

To my knowledge, there is nobody in recent history who has been so utterly awakened to the Thought-Feeling connection that they never forgot it thereafter. This knowledge is given and it is taken away - as G-d sees fit. The deeper point here today is three fold:

1. You cannot wake yourself up to an insightful knowing that reality is Thought.

2. When you are you are woken up, this knowing MUST change your reality in an effortless and powerful way. Anything less is just not the real thing.

3. Just because we have a wakeful, meaningful, impactful experience of this Truth at 12:38 is no guarantee that we wont need to wake up all over again at 2:15. We are all made to forget - and often!

No Exceptions: An Absolute Truth & The Baal Shem Tov

3/27/2017

The title of this post, "No Exceptions: An Absolute Truth", is by no means an exaggeration. There is a indivisible connection shared between Thought and feeling. They are one and the same.

Without Thought, there is no good feeling. Without Thought, there is no bad feeling. Without Thought, there is no emotion. Without Thought, there is no sensation. Without Thought, there is no knowledge or ideas. Without Thought, there is no state of mind. Without Thought, there is no attitude. Without thought there is no anger. Without Thought, there is no integrity. Without Thought, there is no separation. Without Thought, there is no compassion.
Picture
The Holy Rabbi Yisroel Baal Shem Tov of Blessed Memory (circa 1700 - 1760)
If there was some way, to be alive and have no Thought at all, there would be no experience at all. This connection is absolute, utter and complete. There is no exception. Personal reality will always and completely mirror Thought in the moment. If you felt anything, you must have thunk it!

I am not saying you should think good thoughts. I am also not saying you shouldn't think bad thoughts. I am saying there is a devastating truth about what it is you are actually experiencing. You and I, are experiencing Thought in the moment, always and forever. This is devastating to the illusory limitation which emerges in any instance where experience has innocently and mistakenly been attributed to some power or source other than Thought.

Maybe, just maybe, this was the true intention of the great Reb Yisroel, Ba'al Shem Tov (1700-1760), founder of Chassidic Revolution, in his oft quoted principle: "Asher Mach'shavto, Sham Hu" - "As are his Thoughts, there he will be".

There is no doing attached to this teaching. This is not a suggestion about how you should feel.

No, not at all.

This is simply an absolute truth, without exception.

Fake News: Finding a Reliable Source

1/23/2017

Who can you trust anymore? The older folks will reminisce about "back in the day" when major news networks and newspaper journalists were objective truth seekers (I wonder if this was ever really the case), minimizing their bias as much as they could muster, triple checking their information without Wikipedia, and guided by an honest commitment to reporting the facts - not an ideology. As it dawns more and more on the news reliant public that such reporting is not quite the standard anymore - every
Picture
story has a slant, every report built on an agenda, it leads us to the logical conclusion to be more discerning and analytical about what we read and view in the mainstream media and elsewhere. This is not a bad thing really. Quite the contrary, discovering that a once trusted source is not as reliable, actually helps us and guides us to have a different relationship with the news we read.

A similar phenomenon is unfolding for those of us who are learning about the 3 Principles Paradigm. We had become accustomed to attributing our emotions, good or bad, as being reliable reporters about the world around us. We used to righteously exclaim "Anybody in my situation would feel this way!" or "My trauma from the past has ruined my life" or "I know already this event will be uncomfortable, but I'll muster through it."

It's beginning to dawn on us more and more, that the world around us, our past experiences or our genetics or even ourselves do not have the power to create or determine how we specifically emote in each moment. Instead of relying on our emotions as trusted reporters about who we are, the condition of the world or as predictors about what we will soon feel, we are beginning to see that our emotions are really reliable for only one thing - they are perfectly indicating the kind of thinking we are putting into the Power of Thought at this very moment in time.

This is not to say we are advocating that you think better thoughts or ignore your thinking (only Torah can guide us with that). Instead, we are just revealing that what was once trusted as a reliable reporter about the world - isn't! Our emotions are only exactly reporting what is momentarily being generated via an independent, emotion-creating source - and nothing more.

How you choose to act in life, whether to flee from danger, proceed with a divorce, complete a business deal, or whatever you do, will always be engaged in more wisely, when it is clear to you, your emotions are coming from somewhere other than this world.

The Illusion Exposed

11/24/2016

There is an illusion that fools us all, consistently. When a feeling arises within us, especially when that feeling coincides simultaneously with an outside event, it is easy to mistakenly conclude that the outside event caused the feeling. For example, if every time I am late for work, I feel anxious and bothered, it seems sensible to attribute my feeling of anxiety to the fact that I am running late.
Picture
But this is an illusion. It is not true. Being late to work does not and cannot create any kind of feeling for me.

There is an invisible force that creates my feeling of anxiety. It is the power of Thought. Without my own thinking anxiously, I cannot and would not feel anxious. Thought is the power which brings me all of my feelings and experiences.

This phenomenon is operating through all of us perfectly, without exception. It cares not whether you are having beautiful thoughts or ugly thoughts. The power of Thought brings them all to life, as a feeling, indiscriminately.

Now you might be compelled, based on this truth, to manage your brain so as to only have nice thoughts. Many have tried, only to find mixed results of success and mostly failure.

You might instead, find great relief in what this truth implies. For example, it implies that every time you find yourself blaming your upset feeling on the way you are being treated, that you MUST be misunderstanding where your feelings are coming from. It implies that all blame is only possible when we lose sight of how it really works! For if you did understand, if you had insightfully asked yourself: "Where is this feeling really coming from?", it would be revealed to you that such blame is baseless and false. It simply doesn't work that way.

Realizing this implication might take off your mind the amount of time and energy you spend ruminating and contemplating blame.

This is a paradigm of subtraction. Learning how our experiences are created, automatically reveals to us how our feelings are NOT being created. We may continue to choose to ruminate in blame, but it won't last, because we already know how silly such a notion is.

It will die all on its own.

This is just one implication. There are many more to be revealed for each of us. As they reveal themselves, we will benefit from having more and more ruminative and unproductive thinking fall off our minds.

This is the ultimate path towards personal evolution and change.

Have fun!

Self-Correction and a Reflective Question

11/10/2016

In hindsight, I now recognize, that many of our earlier attempts to introduce Innate Health to the public, were somewhat flawed. Although our intentions were mostly pure, a limited understanding of the 3 Principles led to misleading explanations and poor advice.

For example, we would regularly say, "Look for a good feeling" or "Follow your inner wisdom" or "Seek a quiet mind" or "Underneath your Thinking is pure love & clarity" or "Be innately healthy" (ha! that's a funny one). These might be good suggestions but they are not the 3 Principles.

As we continue to gain a deeper appreciation for the 3 Principles Paradigm, I hope we can look back at this post and laugh all over again. This would mean that we are learning, evolving -  changing.

So, what have we learned to date? We've learned that advice is not our strong point. Instead, we share palatable illustrations and descriptions of the 3 Principles Paradigm. We've stopped telling people they'd be better off with a positive outlook. Instead, we invite people to consider and examine how all personal reality is generated. We've stopped encouraging people to seek or find a nicer place or feeling. Instead, we encourage an honest dialogue regarding how we all understand the moment to moment flow of life.

We define Innate Health as a simple fact - you and the entire human race are constantly feeling and experiencing their own thinking. This is always true - and nothing else in the world can interrupt this indivisible connection.

It is innate - you were born with the ability to feel your thinking.

It is a healthy, vibrant system that never rests, never fails, never breaks down.

Thank G-d for that.

This is a constant, an ever present truth, regarding how the human experience is being created. What can we learn from this truth? What does it imply? What can we extrapolate from it? What does it mean for how we live our lives, how we choose to act and what we choose to dwell upon?

One Way, and no other

So, here I am again. Trying in vain, for the umpteenth time, to write a simple, comprehensive, engaging, practical description of the 3 Principles. I refuse to give up. By now most of us know what they are called - Mind, Thought & Consciousness, but names and labels alone will never fully encapsulate their vastness, their power, their divinity. There is one "soundbite", however, that has emerged over and over as a direction or "true north" for anyone who wishes to find continuous learning and evolution through this understanding. It goes like this.

The 3 Principles are the Paradigm for all human experience. All human experience is created through this Paradigm. There is absolutely no human experience outside of 3 Principles Paradigm. Our experience in the moment, at any moment, including our emotions, feelings, sensations, attitudes, beliefs and states of mind are all, without exception, generated and made available for us via this single Paradigm of Mind, Thought & Consciousness.

Yes, this seemingly simple clue is actually a huge deal. Logic then dictates, if it only works one way, then obviously it works NO OTHER WAY. This will blow your mind when you realize it. When you realize just how much of our lives and the lives of those around us are built and predicated upon the idea that there are many, other sources which can cause us to feel this way or that.

But all along, there was and remains only one creator of all feeling. And suddenly, when you are gifted with waking up to this simple fact, you will find more psychological freedom than ever before.

So I encourage you, even if nobody can give you a 5-minute power point demonstration to answer all your questions, keep looking at these Principles. Keep asking about them. Keep learning.

Understanding them is the key to the answers we all seek.

Just Another Reminder

Note to self:

Don't settle even for really good truths. Stay open to what is beyond what you currently know.

The 3 Principles are much deeper than showing me hope or inspiration or clarity or insight - much deeper than my momentary desire to have a quieter mind or a different, better feeling. Don't try to achieve to higher level of consciousness. Please don't. You'll drive yourself mad. For the benefits of this comprehension to impact me, I only need honestly understand that there are infinitely more levels all the way up to pure consciousness - no need to get any higher though.

My level at any moment is intelligently bestowed by God-Mind. Lovingly. Purposefully. Beyond my ability to comprehend or answer the question of "why now"? The 3 Principles are a constant Truth - devastating facts. Devastating to a way of being that has been built on the idea that human experience can be created some other way.

Each and every time, it's the same exact insight that settles me down. In those moments that I am gifted with an awareness or insightful knowing of this Truth - I am wiser. In other moments, I am not so wise. And so it goes. This is the true context of life. It's really that simple.
