At times, we are blessed with an experience of understanding. Other times we are blessed with the experience of misunderstanding. Both experiences derive and come alive from the same unifying source - from G-d, via Thought.
Sometimes we have clarity. Sometimes not. Sometimes we feel safe. Sometimes not. Sometimes we know what to do in life. Sometimes not. Sometimes we can find our checkbook, sometimes not.
The doorway to a life of freedom, is realizing, that all experience is brought to you by G-d through Thought. All knowledge is brought to you by G-d through Thought. Realizing this is experiencing the freedom from the false belief that this feeling cannot change until the past changes or circumstances change.
Even an understanding of this never-ending truth is brought to you by G-d through Thought. Understanding that the surroundings, circumstances or the body have no power to create experience is a gift. An awakening to the fact of Thought, is bestowed by G-d. Often, for reasons only fully known to Him, an awareness of this Truth is not available to us. We go blind to the fact of the inseparable Thought-Feeling connection.
So here we are, seeing the logic and Truth of the singular power of G-d to create our stage of life, including our reality, knowledge and emotion - simultaneously realizing and seeing the Truth, that this recognition came from G-d and can be taken by G-d.
As Keith Blevens and Valda Monroe put it:
In the moments that we are gifted with an understanding of how our reality is created:
"We begin to catch sight of how deceptive the ‘Outside-In’ illusion really is. We see that we are sometimes fooled by it and sometimes not. Everyone gets fooled by this deception. In this way, we are all in the same boat. It is illogical to judge and criticize others because they lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out,’ just like we do. In light of this understanding, compassion and humility emerge naturally without effort. We are capable of being honest about ourselves. We stop judging and we start listening and communicating."
In the moments we fall into misunderstanding:
"We are fooled by the deception of the ‘Outside- In’ and innocently forget to factor in ‘Thought in the moment’ as the source of feeling. It honestly seems as if what we are thinking about has the power to dictate how we are feeling. It does not. We do not purposefully lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out Paradigm’. This has been the greatest deception since the beginning of time. The moment we lose sight of the ‘Inside-Out’ we lose the chance to be honest with ourselves."
So, welcome aboard. How Refreshing! Sometimes we see it, sometimes we don't - and there's no shame in that.
