Moses himself wondered, how can G-d allow such pain and suffering in the world? I sometimes wonder about this too. But despite my personal inability to bring harmony to these two seemingly irreconcilable phenomena, suffering will still exist and there will always be G-d. It is my understanding that is lacking. |
The same applies to understanding the power of Thought. It will always be true that if a human being somewhere is aware of and living an experience of any kind - in that very moment, thought must be involved. Even in moments when I cannot see the power of Thought or even when in circumstances that seem to hold the power over my feeling - the constant requirement for thought still holds true.
It is my understanding that is lacking.
My in-the-moment level of understanding, of seeing, of knowing, of being aware of the fact that I, right now, am feeling my thinking, will always directly correlate with the level of distress or anguish I place on being in or having had a less than desirable moment.
My in-the-moment higher level of awareness about Thought will not prevent distressful thoughts and the distressful experiences borne of them, but it certainly will eliminate any anguish I might have about having had those experiences.
And that's not all.
Because this entire post, wasn't just about me.
It works exactly the same way for you too.
